At Junk Punks, we believe in offering honest pricing for our junk removal services. With our written on-site estimates, you’ll never pay more than what’s quoted – and if your items take up less space in the truck, you’ll even pay less. However, if additional items are added after the estimate is approved, pricing may change to cover them.
Our exceptional service is what sets us apart. We arrive on time with a smile and work efficiently, treating you and your items with care and respect. We care about your satisfaction just as much as we care about your items. Our commitment to being on time means we arrive within the scheduled 2-hour window, and if we’re less than 30 minutes late, you’ll receive an automatic 5% off the total bill. If we’re more than 30 minutes late, you’ll receive an automatic 10% off. Please note that same-day bookings and changed appointment times do not apply.
We’re committed to eco-friendly removal and our Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG) is to keep 100% of reusable items out of landfills. We donate, rehome, and recycle everything we possibly can, minimizing what ends up in the landfill. The donation centers and charities we partner with have the final say in what items they can accept, but we always do our best to find a new home for your items.
