Junk Punks was founded in October 2022 in Tampa Bay, Florida, by business partners Ryder Radke and Logan Sullivan. What began with Ryder’s personal Chevy Tahoe with 200,000 miles, a $2,500 trailer, and a shared vision has quickly grown into one of the fastest-rising junk removal companies in the country.
The idea for Junk Punks first sparked when Logan, while working at a property management company, noticed how poorly a junk removal vendor had handled a project — from messy communication to unclear invoicing. It was clear the industry needed a change. Logan had envisioned the name and brand “Junk Punks” more than a year before launch, and when he and Ryder moved from Wisconsin to Florida in September 2022, they set out to bring that vision to life. Just one month later, Junk Punks officially opened its doors in Tampa Bay.
From day one, Ryder and Logan weren’t just hauling junk — they were building a company rooted in professionalism, teamwork, and culture. Starting out in the field themselves, they created systems, recruited strong leaders, and set a standard that every crew still follows today: never back down from a challenge and always put the customer first.
In less than three years, Junk Punks has grown to a team of over 40 people and a fleet of more than 12 branded trucks. The company has expanded into multiple markets — and surpassed $450,000 in monthly revenue by month 35. Along the way, Junk Punks has earned over 2,500 five-star reviews while serving thousands of satisfied customers. Through relentless execution and a commitment to excellence, it has established itself as one of the fastest-growing full-service junk removal companies in the US. At Junk Punks, our mission is clear: to become the largest and best junk removal company in the industry. We’re not just here to grow — we’re here to set the standard for what junk removal should be: reliable, professional, and people-focused.

Logan Sullivan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Junk Punks. Born and raised in Wisconsin, Logan has always had an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to build something meaningful. Even as a teenager, he was constantly looking for ways to create value and execute on ideas quickly. While working at a property management company in high school, he noticed firsthand how poorly a junk removal company handled a project — from communication to invoicing — and immediately recognized a gap in the industry. That experience planted the seed for what would later become Junk Punks.
More than a year before the company’s official launch, Logan envisioned the name “Junk Punks” and the brand it could become. In September 2022, he and Ryder Radke moved to Florida, where Logan brought the idea to life and pushed forward the concept of starting a junk removal company together. By October 2022, Junk Punks officially launched in Tampa Bay with a single truck and trailer.
As CEO, Logan leads the company’s operations, team development, and service delivery across all markets. Known for executing quickly and decisively, he has taken bold risks to keep the company moving forward during pivotal times and has made several key hires that allowed Junk Punks to attract even more top talent. His vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to building strong systems and culture have been central to the company’s rapid growth, with Junk Punks scaling to more than $450,000 in monthly revenue in under three years.

Ryder Radke is the Co-Founder and President of Junk Punks. His entrepreneurial journey began early, first building a presence on social media with a computer he built at the age of twelve. A week after high school, Ryder began an internship with a real estate investor, Justin Spaulding, who gave firsthand mentorship on running a company. By the age of 18, Ryder had purchased a portfolio of seven apartment units, which he self-managed and later sold at age 20 when he moved to Florida — giving him firsthand experience in investment, property management, and operations.
After establishing himself in real estate as a licensed agent in both Wisconsin and Illinois, Ryder was financially comfortable but driven to build something from scratch. In 2022, he and Logan Sullivan moved to Florida and launched Junk Punks with nothing more than Ryder’s personal Chevy Tahoe with 200,000 miles and a $2,500 trailer. Ryder also partnered with a colleague he knew through real estate to launch Junk Punks Milwaukee, expanding the company’s footprint beyond Florida in the first 3 months.
Through relentless work ethic and a commitment to building systems and culture, Ryder has led Junk Punks from a bootstrapped startup to a multi-location operation with a 40+ person team in just 35 months. His background in social media, real estate investing, and business development laid the foundation for his role as President, where he now focuses on scaling operations, developing leaders, and building Junk Punks into a nationally recognized brand.

Brian McDonnieal serves as the Director of Operations at Junk Punks, bringing a diverse background in leadership, training, and business management. He began his career serving four years in the U.S. Air Force as an avionics technician, where he worked on the B1 bomber and developed a foundation in precision, discipline, and teamwork.
Following his military service, Brian transitioned into corporate leadership with Coca-Cola, where he spent two years traveling across the Midwest as an operations trainer. In that role, he implemented new processes, ensured adherence to standards, and trained teams to operate with efficiency and consistency. He later became General Manager for a multi-million-dollar operation in southeastern Wyoming, overseeing more than $10M in annual revenue. During this time, he built and developed top-performing sales teams, driving conversions of highly sought-after competitor accounts and establishing a proven track record in business growth and operational execution.
Today, as Director of Operations for Junk Punks, Brian leverages his background in training, leadership, and systems management to support the company’s expansion, streamline processes, and guide teams across multiple markets. When he’s not researching upcoming investment opportunities, Brian enjoys being on the water in Tampa — often ripping jet skis as a way to relax and recharge.

Tanner Suarez is the Director of Expansion at Junk Punks, bringing with him over 4.5 years of experience in the junk removal industry. A graduate of the University of Tampa with a degree in Sports Media Writing, Tanner quickly rose through the ranks at 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, where he made a name for himself as one of the top-performing operators in the company.
In 2024, he was ranked in the Top 10 out of 720 operators for 8 out of 12 months, was nominated for Top Trucker, and earned a place in the President’s Circle. He also held director-level roles at top-performing franchises, including the 2021 and 2024 Franchise of the Year, where he played a pivotal role in building teams and leaders across the U.S. and Canada.
Tanner’s passion lies in developing people. He thrives on mentoring team members, helping them achieve both personal and professional goals, and creating a culture where employees see a clear path for growth. His decision to join Junk Punks came from sharing Ryder and Logan’s vision of becoming the top full-service junk removal company in the industry — one that stands apart by investing deeply in its people.
Outside of work, Tanner enjoys golfing, fishing, and cheering on his beloved Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a season ticket holder. Above all, he values spending time with his fiancée, and striving every day to be the best partner and leader he can be.

Alex serves as the Director of Development at Junk Punks, bringing more than a decade of leadership and sales experience across multiple industries. He began his entrepreneurial journey in high school flipping cars, which sparked a passion for sales.
He went on to serve as a District Sales Manager for Coca-Cola, where within nine months he became the top-performing DSM in the High Country Territory. During that time, he also carried the highest global sales target for Coca-Cola Shares, underscoring both his ambition and ability to execute at a high level.
Alex’s leadership background also includes hospitality, where he managed a restaurant and venue at a ski resort in Jackson, Wyoming. That role sharpened his ability to lead teams, deliver exceptional customer service, and perform in high-pressure environments.
In the junk removal industry, Alex spent nearly two years in in-home sales, closing over $900,000 in his first year while maintaining an average job size of $1,000. At the Pinellas County 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise, he posted more than $100,000 in revenue in just two and a half weeks. Within three months, he was promoted to Senior Sales Lead and later into Operations Management, where he implemented systems that strengthened culture, accountability, and growth.
Today, as Director of Sales at Junk Punks, Alex focuses on building and mentoring sales leaders, driving performance, and ensuring the company’s growth trajectory continues upward. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, golfing, and exploring the outdoors.

Muadin Jusufi is the General Manager of Junk Punks Florida and the very first team member to join the company. He first met Ryder midway through high school in Wisconsin, shortly after Muadin moved from Italy to the U.S., and the two became close friends. After graduation, Muadin joined Ryder & Logan at their internship with a property management and real estate investment company taking on the role of content creator for the CEO & his companies.
When Muadin stepped into that role, Ryder moved into sales and management of their painting company, where they both gained valuable early experience alongside Logan.
When Junk Punks was founded in 2022, Muadin was the first person to join Logan and Ryder. He started on the trucks, learning every part of the job and setting the example for the company’s “never back down from a challenge” culture. His commitment, leadership, and deep understanding of the business helped him rise quickly into management.
Today, Muadin leads the Florida market as the General Manager, overseeing daily operations, supporting crews, and ensuring that the same high standards he helped build from the start are carried through on every job. His journey from the very first team member to market leader reflects the growth and opportunity at the core of Junk Punks’ story.
Muadin enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, playing soccer (when he has time and isn't working), and building an empire.

Josh is the Operations Manager of Wisconsin for Junk Punks, overseeing all operations across the state and acting as both a strategic leader and hands-on operations manager. He joined the company in December 2023 after more than a decade of friendship with Co-Founder Ryder Radke, when he saw the vision for what Junk Punks was building and jumped at the opportunity to be part of it.
In January 2024, Josh launched Junk Punks Janesville, spearheading the company’s Wisconsin expansion. Midway through the year, his leadership, adaptability, and ability to absorb and apply information quickly led him to take on oversight of Milwaukee and the broader Wisconsin market — a role he continues to excel in today.
Josh has been a critical piece of Junk Punks’ rapid growth and expansion in Wisconsin. He’s a prime example of someone who came into the industry with no prior junk removal experience and proved that with the right mindset, you can learn everything. He not only learns quickly but also teaches and uplifts those around him, helping shape a strong operational culture across the state.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time in nature, and making memories with his girlfriend, family, and friends.
